Elon Musk, head of Tesla, says he will have to pay a fee in the future to use the Twitter social media network for business and government purposes.
He made the remarks after the Twitter board approved Elon's $ 44 billion bid for the company.
However, he said that the service will be provided free of charge to casual users.
