Businessman shot dead at Manning Mall in Peliyagoda

Peliyagoda: A man has been shot dead at the Manning Mall in Peliyagoda.

Police said the shooting took place around 1.30pm today (June 21).

The deceased has been identified as a 42 year old resident of Colombo 13.

The body is currently being treated at the Colombo National Hospital.

Police said the shooting was carried out by two men who arrived in a car.

The deceased has been identified as Samantha Pradeep, a fruit shop owner in Manning Mall.
