Covid to New Zealand cricket captain Kane Williamson

Covid has been diagnosed with New Zealand cricket captain Kane Williamson.

He was diagnosed with Covid during a rapid antigen test the night before a match.

Kane Williamson had several Covid symptoms, according to foreign media reports.

Williamson, 31, has been replaced by Hamish Rutherford in the New Zealand squad, with Tom Latham taking over the captaincy.
