The Prime Minister says his aim is to create a new economy for Sri Lanka.
The Prime Minister made this statement in Parliament today (07).
The Prime Minister also stated that the aim is to make Sri Lanka a developed country by 2048, when the 100th Independence Day will be celebrated.
“Now our country is like a computer without a computer. Does not work. So what should we do first? We need to rebuild this computer. That is what we are doing now. Resetting the computer. In the interim budget, we reset the computer. Then we can install a modern operating system. Put on a virus guard that will not allow any virus to enter. But to do all that, you have to restart the computer. It needs to be reset. ”
