Ranjan Jayalal reveals 'conspiracy behind delaying fuel tanker'

Ranjan Jayalal, General Secretary of the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) alleges that a fuel crisis has been created in the country with an underlying motive.

He points out that the delay in the arrival of the fuel tanker is one of the steps.

He said the conspiracy was aimed at instilling in the public the idea that petrol stations owned by the Sri Lankan government should be sold to foreign companies.
