Comedian Chris Rock, who was attacked by Hollywood actor Will Smith during the Oscars, has refused to report the incident to police.

Smith's wife suffers from hair loss, and while Chris Rock is highlighting it and making sarcastic remarks, Smith goes on stage and hits Rock, who was making announcements.

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Police Department said they were aware of the attack but the victim refused to report it.
