Anuradhapura District Parliamentarian of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya Rohana Bandara stated in Parliament that the no-confidence motion will not reach Parliament until the day it is debated.
He says the move will be made with the permission of the party leader.
Mr. Rohana Bandara alleged that he had to move from seat to seat like a musical chair contest in Parliament day by day and that public issues were not discussed in Parliament.
For those reasons, he said, he would not attend parliament other than the day he debates the no-confidence motion.
