On the instructions of the Minister of Transport Bandula Gunawardena, this special train has been added to the train service for devotees traveling from Colombo Fort to the Anuradhapura Sacred Area.
Accordingly, Special Train 9 will be operated as follows.
The special train will leave Colombo Fort at 12.40 am on June 12, 2022 to reach Anuradhapura Fort from Anuradhapura Railway Station on the same day (12).
Special train will leave Colombo Fort at 09.00 pm on 12-06-206 and reach Colombo Fort on 13-06-2022.
Also, the train which will leave Colombo Fort at 3.30 am on 2022-06-13 for Anuradhapura will return to Colombo Fort on 2022-06-14 at night.
The train will leave Colombo Fort at 04.00 am on 2022-06-13 and return to Colombo on 2022-06-14.
The train will leave Colombo Fort at 8.50 am on 2022-06-13 and will reach Colombo Fort in the evening.
The train will leave Colombo Fort at 04.42 pm on 2022-06-13 and reach Colombo Fort on 1522-06-15.
The train will leave Colombo Fort at 06.00 pm on 2022-06-13 and reach Colombo Fort on the morning of 1522-06-15.
The special train will leave Colombo Fort for Anuradhapura at 12.40 am on 13-06-06 2022 and will leave Anuradhapura Railway Station for Colombo Fort on the same night.
The train will leave Colombo Fort at 9.00 pm on 13-06-206 and return to Colombo Fort on 15-06-206.
