A 42-year-old resident of Sri Dharmaratne Mawatha, Ampara in the Ampara Police Division has fallen from the roof of a house and died.
The accident took place yesterday (June 1) evening and he succumbed to his injuries after being admitted to the Ampara Hospital, police said.
The body is being kept at the Ampara Hospital morgue.
Ampara Police are conducting further investigations.
