The son and daughter-in-law of MP Dilip Wedaarachchi have been granted bail by a court.
The suspects were produced before the Walasmulla Magistrate's Court and released on bail.
Ravindu Wedaarachchi and his wife Nethmi Harindi de Silva were charged with obstructing police officers and committing criminal violence at the Bedigama interchange on the Southern Expressway on June 1.
The two, who were later in hiding, were arrested on June 6 after surrendering to police.
The suspects were remanded till June 8.
