Cabinet spokesman Bandula Gunawardena says that the amount of diesel supplied to SLTB depots will be doubled.
The Cabinet spokesman was responding to a question raised by a journalist at a media briefing.
He said that by providing diesel in this manner, diesel could be obtained for private buses as well as school buses.
Accordingly, this program will be implemented from June 7, he added.
