The solution to the food crisis is not to accumulate more
The food crisis that is facing everyone these days has become a major topic.
Tired of fuel shortages, gas shortages, power cuts, rising commodity prices and rising bus fares, people do not have the energy or resources to cope with the food crisis.
But in order to live without dying, we have to face it somehow. Therefore, many people nowadays focus on collecting as much preservative-rich food items as possible, such as rice, dhal, sugar and bread flour.
But it is not possible to say for sure how successful it will be in practice. Because as human beings, we're all set in mind to crave something we love.
The desire for it diminishes when it goes away and becomes scarce. Therefore, when we accumulate food and drink unnecessarily to face the food crisis, the accumulated goods are diverted to consumption very quickly. The main reason for this is the feeling of hunger more than usual due to seeing more foods. It is a mental stimulus. Unbeknownst to us, this mental stimulus creates an urge to consume essential items in the home faster than ever. As hunger increases, those foods are more likely to be consumed. There is a limit to the use of those goods when it is in short supply.
When the sugar bottle at home is full of sugar, no matter how frugal, it makes sense to use it more. When the bottom of the sugar bottle is visible, it is interesting to manage it. This is normal. That has not been the case for a long time. Only if it gets used to management.
Therefore, in order to face food scarcity, it is necessary to control the order in which food is used and not to focus unnecessarily on it. That is, to manage.
Many of us today are accustomed to eating according to taste rather than nutrition.
This taste increases the urge to eat and makes you eat unnecessarily more than you are hungry. The main cause of diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity today is the wrong pattern of our diet. As long as we stay within this wrong pattern, we can never successfully face a food crisis. What happens is that in the face of that crisis we suffer severely mentally and physically.
When we ask people who are talking about food shortages, the answers they give confirm that we are not ready for it yet.
Dhal counts. A kilo of Kiri Samba rice costs Rupees. How do we eat? They say that our children do not eat Nadu rice and do not pay attention to the alternatives but to say that they cannot face the usual way of life.
The political causes of the food crisis are forcing the rulers of the country to come up with solutions for economic reasons and what we need to do is focus on controlling the mouth and controlling the mind.
The main thing to do at the moment is to manage the food. Rice, jackfruit, manioc, potatoes and sweet potatoes are high in starch. So these foods should be used in one go at a time.
Instead of rice, you can use jackfruit, potatoes, mallow, fish and vegetables as a main dish.
Sambol is a nutritious food. It contains fat, protein and vitamins. So you can have a rice meal with sambol or any other starchy meal a day.
If you weigh more than 10 pounds [10 kg], exercise alone is not enough to control it. For that, the diet should also be controlled. Therefore, on the advice of a doctor, you can focus on losing weight from now on or by dieting.
Eating more than the body needs is a way of eating by focusing on something external, such as watching television or using a cell phone. Here the focus is on eating more than the hungry. That is, the mind drifts away from the purpose of eating and into another purpose which it prefers. Therefore, it is possible to control unwanted eating by focusing the mind only on the purpose of eating and not on other external activities while eating.
Instead of using artificial flavors in cooking, use only spices that enhance the taste and quality of the food.
Pottery and Ceramics Salt. In addition to lime, goraka, siyambala, rumpe, curry leaves, sorghum, mustard, pepper, chilli powder and coconut oil, artificial sweeteners that sweeten other foods should not be used. Then the food in us
The unbridled desire to take can be controlled.
This boundless desire is not controlled but increases hunger.
Also, in addition to the three main meals of the day, you should drink clean water instead of other foods.
Proper diet can help control hunger, prevent gastrointestinal diseases such as gastritis and prevent malnutrition. Otherwise, over-accumulation of food will only double the food crisis.
