The opposition's nomination for the post of Prime Minister will be submitted to the speaker tomorrow


Samagi Jana Balavegaya Member of Parliament Dr. Harsha De Silva says that according to Acting President Ranil Wickremesinghe's request to the Speaker to appoint a Prime Minister to form an all-party government, the name will be proposed to the Speaker tomorrow (July 15) at 10 am.


In a Twitter message, he said that the opposition will hold talks with various parties and groups of the government today (July 15) to reach an agreement.


Acting President and Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe yesterday (July 14) informed Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena to nominate a Prime Minister who accepts both the ruling party and the opposition to form an all-party government.
