Former Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa has been taken to the Trincomalee Naval Dock for security reasons, Defense Secretary Kamal Gunaratne said today.
He told a news conference today that he would make arrangements to move the country to a desired location once the situation returned to normal.
This was confirmed by the Commander of the Navy Vice Admiral Nishantha Ulugetenna.
