Delay in arrival of petrol ship

The Minister of Power and Energy Kanchana Wijesekera stated that the arrival of the 40,000 metric tonne tanker of 92 type petrol which was scheduled to arrive on the morning of June 23 will be delayed by one day.


In a Twitter message, the Minister said that a limited supply of petrol would be distributed islandwide on June 23 and June 24.


Auto Diesel will be distributed at full capacity island wide and a limited number of Super Diesel will be distributed, according to a Twitter message released by Kanchana Wijesekera.
