Today's showers

Showers will occur at times in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Galle and Matara districts during the night, the Met Department said.

The Department of Meteorology and Hydrology said that there could be several spells of showers in the North Western Province as well.

Showers or thundershowers at a few places in the Uva Province and in the Ampara and Batticaloa districts during the evening or night.
