ඇමෙරිකානු ඩොලරයට සාපේක්ෂව ශ්‍රී ලංකා රුපියල මෙතරම් පහළ වැටුණේ ඉතිහාසයේ ප්‍රථම වරටය.

ප්‍රධාන පෙළේ වාණිජ බැංකු කිහිපයක සහ රාජ්‍ය බැංකු කිහිපයක දිනපතා යාවත්කාලීන වන වෙබ් අඩවි වල ඇමෙරිකා එක්සත් ජනපද ඩොලරයක විකුණුම් මිල අද දින රුපියල් 295-299 දක්වා අගයක් ගනු ලැබීය.

මහ බැංකුව විසින් අද දින නිකුත් කරන විනිමය අනුපාතිකයේ ඇමෙරිකා එක්සත් ජනපද ඩොලරයක ගැණුම් මිල රුපියල් 284.8205 වූ අතර විකුණුම් මිල 294.9987 ලෙස සටහන් විය.
